This piece contains, within it's own structure, the ogham writing to spell the title in Gaelic. The painting is done on a Canvas in Acrylic.

The markings spell, from bottom to top, "Lig Dul" which is Gaelic for "Let Go".

The left forms are heavier for the start of the phrase, reading up to the lighter upper forms as the phrase ends.

The transition is intended to symbolize how much lighter we feel when we let go of the things weighing us down.
