This piece contains, within it's own structure, the ogham writing to spell the title in Gaelic. The painting is done on a Canvas in Acrylic.

The markings spell, from bottom to top, "Laoch" which is Gaelic for warrior/hero and "Saol" which is Gaelic for Life.

This piece was auctioned off as part of Uncorked For a Cure, in partnership with Neiman Marcus of Troy, Michigan.

The piece honors the brave women, and their families, who fight courageously.
